Shipping

We want to make sure your OYUKI gear arrives as fast as possible. So, we’ve done the research and chosen the best international shipping company. OYUKI is shipped globally, direct from our head office in Niseko, Japan.

Shipping Costs: 
We have four standard international shipping fees, and one local shipping fee.

1. For all orders shipped internationally, the shipping fee is:

Orders under ¥4,999, shipping is ¥1,000
Orders over ¥5,000 and under ¥9,999 shipping is ¥2,000
Orders over ¥10,000 and under ¥19,999 shipping is ¥3,000
Orders over ¥20,000 shipping is free

2. For local orders in Japan, the shipping fee is:

Processing Time: 
For orders received from Monday to Thursday, goods will be packed and shipped within 24 hours.

Orders received on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday, and packed shipped within 24 hours.

Delivery Times and Shipping Service:
Delivery times depend on where we need to ship your order. Here are some delivery estimates for countries we ship the most to, just to give you an idea on when you’ll receive your order.

Japan: 1-2 Days
Australia: 7 Days
United States: 5-8 Days
Canada: 6-7 Days
UK: 6 Days

International Orders:
International orders may be subject to Customs and Excise Duty charges as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges may be payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. The consumer is responsible for any additional costs that may apply in the destination country.

Order Tracking:
Once we book your order with our shipping company, you’ll receive an email confirming this, along with a tracking number. This allows you to keep track on how your order is traveling.

Signing for Deliveries: 
A signature will be required upon delivery.

Changing your Shipping Address:
We know you want your order fast so our team in the warehouse aim to process and pack your order as quickly as possible. This means that if you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address), we can only do so if your order hasn’t left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, call 0081 (0)136 55 8413 (Monday to Friday).
