Shipping
How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Items usually take between 3-14 days to arrive worldwide, however in rare instances can take longer.

How do I track my package?

We ship our items with Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS), and our packages can be tracked using the supplied 13 digit code here.

Do I have to sign for my package?

Yes, a signature is required at time of delivery.

What happens if I am not there to sign for my package?

Usually the courier will leave a note, and the package will be returned to a shipping depot near your home. You can either reschedule a delivery or go and collect the item from the depot during their business hours. Make sure that you do this ASAP to avoid the package being returned to us.

Will I be charged import duties or VAT tax?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price of our products and vary from country to country. Because you are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes and duties, we recommend that you do you double check the local regulations so that you know what to expect before your product arrives.

Glove Care
How do I care for my OYUKI gloves/mitts?

We recommend conditioning the leather on your gloves/mitts with Nikwax leather crème, to retain the durability and water repellency of the leather. For optimum results it is advisable to do this at least once per winter. Visit our aftercare page here 

Is the leather water proof?

We use premium water repellent leathers. However this property will diminish over time. To reactivate the water repellency, recondition the leather by following these steps here.

How do I wash my OYUKI gloves/mitts?

You may hand wash in warm water with mild detergent when necessary. We do not recommend machine washing your OYUKI gloves or mitts. We recommend conditioning the leather on your gloves/mitts with Nikwax leather crème after washing. Click here for aftercare tips

Warranty
How long is the warranty?

All OYUKI products are covered by a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused outside of the normal scope of use.

Does your warranty cover items purchased overseas?

Yes, all OYUKI products are covered by an international warranty.

You may direct your warranty questions to the place of purchase. Alternatively, you may contact OYUKI directly for a warranty assessment at info@oyuki.com  Please provide detailed images of the issue, your shipping address, along with proof of purchase.
